Take the 98. That's a nice list of items recently being replaced

After reading both listings, I'd personally go with the 1998, considering the pictures are better, the listing is decently written, and the fact that it's more stock than the 1995.

Plus, the location is marked on a map, so it's easier to find as well.

Overall, well worth the extra nearly $750 for the piece of mind.

Since both are autos, the 98 seems much better. The dude with the 95 doesn't give much info and it looks to be lowered with aftermarket rims. The 98 looks to be in pretty impressive, unmolested shape. I'd look at it.

Another vote for the 98 4-door. that looks better taken care of and unmolested. And of course, 4-doors are better than two!

The 98. That 95 looks like it was rode hard and put up wet to dry. Fog lights missing, the lower grill mesh is missing in one picture, plus the other pics aren't doing it any favors.

That 95 looks sketchy.

Agreed 100%. In my experience, Bimmers don't do well with being lowered, and that '95 looks like it's been hooned into the ground.

I've been helping my brother look for an e36 M3, and it's really tough to find a good one with a manual trans. Even though it's an auto I'd still take a long look at the '98 for that price.

Just pay the hundred bucks or whatever to have a BMW mechanic look at it before you buy.
